Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Manager Infection Prevention Occupational Health will be mostly autonomous and will often work independently without supervision. The Nurse Manager Infection Prevention Occupational Health will manage employee and volunteer health, lead the Infection Prevention Committee, and oversee policy and procedures, surveillance, and staff education. 


The Nurse Manager Infection Prevention Occupational Health will provide quality nursing care and health education for the hospital's dedicated employees and volunteers. The Nurse Manager Infection Prevention Occupational Health will be also accountable for preventing Healthcare-associated Infections, maximizing patient and employee safety, and adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards related to Infection Control. The ideal candidate for this exciting new position has demonstrated experience with Infection Control and achieving positive outcomes.
