Customer Service Specialist

Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for a Customer Service Specialist who will provide general back-office support, customer service, and abide by all applicable regulatory requirements, and internal practices and procedures. Duties include, but are not limited to: ?Assisting with answering customer service inbound calls and attending to caller's needs?Processingolock box paymentsocheck in process transactions oSocial Security verification ?Monitoring oOasis Fraud Prevention ServicesoIRA oHSA accountsoCash vault services; oReg E Opt-In reviews/weekly report?Verification of depositsDesired candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in financial services, lending, and call center customer service is preferred.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
