The Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer/Clerk of the Board has primary responsibility for managing the activities of the Administration Office, the President and Chief Executive Office, and the Board of Directors of the Hospital District.

JOB REQUIREMENTS High school graduate or equivalent required Type 45 wpm Three to five years of general clerical experiences Must have excellent computer skills Proficient and experienced in ability to accurately take and transcribe meeting minutes and prepare agendas.
General working knowledge of applicable hospital infrastructure Thorough knowledge of office methods procedures and practices Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling Ability to learn, interprets independently, and applies a variety of complex policies and procedures Must be politically sensitive and be able to work comfortably with a diverse public and remain calm and supportive when dealing with difficult callers/visitors yet be firm when redirecting to the appropriate offices and individuals.
