The Associate will assist in the process of shipments quickly and efficiently from receiving to shipping.
Demonstrate responsibility, be reliable, accept accountability, and be self-motivated to achieve personal and company goals.
Eagar to learn and teach, and support all aspects in the warehouse, by cross-trainings.
Function in a positive and professional manner always considering safety and setting others up for success.
(Accepting Full-Time and Part-Time applicants) Duties:
- Perform various warehouse duties including picking, packing, and receiving or shipping - Forklift certified - Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and fulfill orders - Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders - Use RF scanners to locate and retrieve products - Package items for shipment according to company standards Requirements:
- Team Culture Values - Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate heavy equipment safely - Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners - Experience in picking, packing, and stocking in a warehouse environment - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment - Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-organized warehouse Skills and Abilities:
- Mechanical knowledge - Warehouse management system - Picking packing - Cherry picker operation - Heavy equipment operation - Stock management - Quality control - Package handling - Order picker operation - RF scanner usage Ability to move between all warehouse areas as needed, especially when business level increases or staff is absent.
Ability to stay motivated during both peak and non-peak times.
Ability to independently problem-solve issues as they arise during the shift.
Ability to physically move boxes up to 50lbs unassisted.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
